We are specialists in drawing up and executing commercial strategies especially within the sports and entertainment environment.

We have extensive experience in defining and valuing rights for sponsorship and broadcast properties including offering value maximisation strategies (e.g. looking at a sponsorship property and determining how the rights are best packaged, priced and sold on behalf of the rights holder).

With regard to sales, we are very well versed in high value global sponsorship acquisition and conduct the process of identification of potential partners in addition to a complete sales process (e.g. creating sales presentations, documents & collateral, arranging meetings with key contacts, drafting commercial proposals and conducting negotiations). Furthermore, we work closely with the legal teams of our clients during the final process of contract drafting through to signature, providing our expertise and knowledge to ensure the resulting contracts are best in class for our clients.

Recent clients have included the America’s Cup team Alinghi, British Cycling, Volvo Ocean Race team Chieftain Delta Lloyd, various Formula One teams and a variety of athletes and individuals including polar explorers, Olympic athletes and famous music artists.
